I am deeply committed to designing accessible experiences, driven by a passion for creating inclusive solutions that benefit both businesses and users. My expertise lies in evaluating needs from both a business and user-centered perspective, achieved through vision, goals, and objectives workshops, as well as behavioral and attitudinal user research to accurately frame and reframe problem statements.

As a seasoned facilitator, I bring a custom approach to design thinking workshops and working sessions, effectively bridging multidisciplinary communication. I am a strong advocate for united, cross-functional teams, with a solid foundation in lean and agile practices, including SAFe. I champion emergent and iterative UX ideation and design processes, ensuring they are backed by KPIs and metrics to drive meaningful outcomes.

With demonstrated experience in service and user experience design across a range of devices and platforms, including SaaS, I have successfully applied my skills in industries such as biotechnology, financial services, healthcare, IoT, and resource management.
